Senior Publisher Development Manager - GAMING based in Beijing or REMOTE

Position Overview: We're looking for a proactive Gaming Sector Sales Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in driving revenue growth and expanding the client base within the gaming sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic pricing frameworks, inventory management strategies, and channel strategies to maximise revenue.

  2. Sales Outreach: Lead sales efforts from initial contact to deal closure, including prospecting, negotiation, and identifying upsell opportunities.

  3. Tool Development: Drive the development and implementation of decision tools to optimize targeted campaigns and increase demand from ad networks.

  4. Pricing Management: Manage pricing for various demand sources within our digital advertising business to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

  5. Client Expansion: Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to expand our client base within the gaming sector.

Requirements

  1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a publisher or business development role within the digital advertising industry, with exposure to the gaming sector.

  2. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

  3. Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.

  4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

  5. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently when necessary.

  6. Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Chinese and English is preferred.

  7. Knowledge with API and SDK Integration. Strong connection with Gaming App developers and Rewarded Promotion is a HUGE plus.
