• Affiliate Partnerships: Identify and onboard potential affiliates, skilfully negotiating new business opportunities to forge lasting partnerships.

• Industry Presence: Represent the organisation at prestigious industry events and expos, expanding their network and nurturing valuable connections.

• Partnership Growth: Cultivate a diverse portfolio of affiliate partnerships through proactive management and authentic relationship-building.

• Seamless Collaboration: Engage in daily coordination with the Advertising Team Leader, ensuring strategies align for optimal results.

• Data Analytics: Dive deep into sales, conversion rates, and web traffic, vigilantly monitoring and mitigating potential issues.

• Optimisation Expertise: Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance, making agile adjustments for maximum impact.

• Revenue Assurance: Verify monthly affiliate-generated revenues, ensuring flawless operations.

• Forecasting Talent: Analyse sales reports to track and forecast revenue opportunities for affiliate partners.

• Market Insight: Stay ahead of market trends and emerging industry dynamics, tailoring strategies to meet affiliate partner needs.

• Technical Proficiency: Handle data returns, set up Facebook iframes/pixels, and prepare for API integration as needed.

• Client-Centric Approach: Provide invaluable feedback to the company, enhancing our ability to meet client needs.

• Proven Expertise: 3+ years of experience in lead generation, CPA affiliate networks, or performance marketing companies, with a track record of success.

• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership and strategic management capabilities are a definite plus.

• Email Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of email marketing is an asset.

• Sales-Driven: Approach your work with a sales-driven mindset, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.

• Vertical Understanding: Familiarity with key verticals, including Home Improvement, finance, insurance, CC submit, etc.
