Head of High-Risk Credit Card Subscription Services based in DUBAI (RELOCATION PACKAGE)
Job description
- Solid experience with High-Risk Credit Card Subscription services. Ideally focused on subscription services.
- Communicating with partner gateways/acquirers.
- Monitoring high-risk merchant accounts.
- Managing and improving merchant onboarding processes.
- Managing and improving fraud mitigation processes.
- Managing and improving compliance processes.
- Taking the role of stakeholder / product owner in the development of new software solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in one of the following roles:
- Acquiring bank – Risk or Onboarding.
- Gateway – Risk or Onboarding.
- Sweeps subscription services – Head of Payments
- Expert in the field of payment processing
- Pre-existing relationship with one or more acquiring banks
- Experience in the role of a product owner/stakeholder in the software development process, developing software specifications with a software architect & project manager.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Energetic and positive attitude.
- Ability to quickly adapt to a fast changing, rapidly growing industry.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with SWEEPS is a MUST
- Based in or willing to move to Dubai.
