Digital Acquisition Specialist Lead Generation based in BATAM (HYBRID)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and execute effective digital acquisition strategies across various advertising platforms. Your expertise in SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing, and programmatic techniques will be instrumental in driving successful digital campaigns and maximising clients' online visibility.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital acquisition strategies using a variety of advertising platforms, ensuring maximum exposure and reach
• Create engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with our clients' brand identity and effectively captures the attention of their target audience.
• Monitor and optimise campaign budgets to achieve maximum Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while maintaining optimal Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) levels.
• Conduct in-depth performance analysis of digital marketing campaigns, providing detailed reports and evaluating results against predefined goals, including return on investment (ROI) and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and insights, leveraging this knowledge to optimise campaign performance and allocate resources effectively.

• Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian, with strong writing skills.
• A passion for digital marketing and a background in the lead generation/ performance marketing industry
• A self-motivated and driven individual with a strong focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
• Demonstrated creative thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to derive insights from data to drive effective decision-making.

• Proficiency in graphic design software is highly desired and will be considered an advantage.
