Team Leader Publishing based in Amsterdam
Job description
- Manage the current publisher team to maximize their productivity and outcome
- Together with the management team you will set the course for the company
- You will monitor and analyse the results of different traffic channels and manage the key accounts accordingly
- Good knowledge of ad ops and SDK integration
- Take full ownership of publisher relationships
- You build up and maintain relationships with affiliate and ad networks and you will be responsible for problem solving and account management.
- Train clients on the platform, encourage the adoption of new features and provide feedback internally on client needs
Requirements
- 3+ years in affiliate management, mobile sector
- Experienced in managing/training teams
- Core knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and pricing models
- Previous experience with CPM, CPC, CPI and CPA models
- Strong network of partnerships within the affiliate industry and specialised in gaming, social casino and/or shopping
- Proven ability to motivate affiliates to test offers and the finesse to turn those tests into profitable, long term relationships with publishers
- Fluent in English
