REMOTE Russian-Speaking Affiliate Manager (VAS)

We're on the lookout for a talented Russian-speaking Affiliate Manager. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind building and nurturing strong client relationships, serving as the crucial link between clients and the digital marketing team.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

   • Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships.
   • Act as the main point of contact between clients and the digital marketing team.
   • Dive into the nitty-gritty of client goals, needs, and preferences.

2. Collaboration and Campaign Execution:

   • Work closely with diverse teams to execute top-notch marketing campaigns.
   • Create and manage project timelines for seamless campaign implementation.
   • Oversee the implementation of various campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.

3. Strategic Planning:

   • Develop customised digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
   • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

   • Monitor, adjust, and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools.
   • Provide regular reports showcasing the return on investment to clients.

5. Optimisation and Budget Management:

   • Identify optimisation opportunities and areas for improvement.
   • Effectively manage digital marketing budgets.

6. Client Communication:

   • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
   • Clearly communicate strategies and results.

7. Problem Solving:

   • Troubleshoot campaign challenges and find effective solutions.

8. Business Expansion:

   • Identify upsell opportunities and explore new services to enhance client satisfaction.
   • Focus on client retention and seek opportunities for contract extensions.

9. Client Acquisition:

   • Play an active role in acquiring new clients and exploring business expansion opportunities.

• Fluent in Russian (written and spoken).
• Fluent in English
• Relevant experience in a similar role in the affiliate marketing industry (VAS)
• Strong understanding of client relationship management.
• Proven experience in executing and optimising various digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in using analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
