About the Role

As the Head of Product, you'll be a key player in the organisation, responsible for defining and executing product strategy. Working closely with the project management team, you'll develop product roadmaps that align with overall business objectives. By collaborating with teams across the company, you'll ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute product strategy: You'll be the driving force behind the product strategy, envisioning its future and overseeing the development and launch of new products. Your goal is to take the business to the next level.

2. Lead a team of product managers: Guiding a team of talented product managers, you'll ensure they deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Your leadership will be critical in keeping the team aligned and focused on strategic goals.

3. Foster cross-functional collaboration: Collaboration is at the heart of the team's success. You'll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to create products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

4. Conduct market research and analysis: To stay ahead of the competition, you'll conduct thorough market research and analysis. By identifying new opportunities and monitoring the competitive landscape, you'll help shape product offerings.

5. Monitor product performance: Tracking key metrics such as user engagement, retention, and revenue, you'll evaluate the performance of our products. Using data-driven insights, you'll make informed decisions to enhance their performance.

1. Product strategy and development: You have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive product strategies that lead to business success.

2. Project management: Experience managing agency system products and collaborating effectively with project managers to ensure successful delivery.

3. Technical expertise: Strong understanding of mobile app development processes and tools, including JavaScript, TypeScript, Next.js, Flutter, and data languages like Python and JSON. Familiarity with AWS and databases is a plus.

4. Data-driven mindset: You possess a good understanding of data models, statistics, and the ability to leverage data for decision-making and product improvement.

5. Familiarity with project management tools: Experience working with tools like JIRA to streamline product development and collaboration.
