VP Commercial Growth (Remote, Europe)
Job description
Our client is an international digital business operating across multiple sectors and serving B2B customers. We are looking for a senior commercial leader to shape growth strategy, strengthen commercial operations, and support the next stage of business expansion.
This role combines commercial leadership, go-to-market ownership, and team development. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to improve revenue performance, launch new offerings, and build scalable commercial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial growth strategy.
- Establish revenue objectives and monitor business performance.
- Improve sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline quality.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives for new products and services.
- Support product launches from commercial planning through initial revenue generation.
- Coach and develop commercial leaders and high-performing teams.
- Build strong relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and business teams to align commercial objectives.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements.
- Provide commercial insight to support long-term business growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mobile/oem advertising/app
- Proven experience leading and developing commercial or sales teams.
- Track record of delivering successful go-to-market strategies.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and complex negotiations.
- Ability to operate effectively across international markets and distributed teams.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with large digital platforms, technology partners, or advertising ecosystems.
- Existing network within digital advertising, e-commerce, financial services, gaming, or related sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, revenue operations, and commercial performance frameworks.
