US Sales Manager, Branding & Paid Social (REMOTE)

Job description

Our client is expanding its commercial presence in the US and is looking for an experienced sales professional to drive new business across digital advertising and customer acquisition services.

This role focuses on building relationships with advertisers, identifying commercial opportunities, and converting conversations into long term partnerships. You will work across performance marketing, paid social, and broader digital growth solutions.

What the role involves

You will manage the full commercial cycle from outreach through onboarding.

  • Identify and approach advertisers, brands, and growth focused businesses
  • Present digital acquisition and brand growth solutions across multiple channels
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Represent the business at meetings, conferences, and industry events
  • Develop relationships across the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline visibility
  • Work closely with delivery and account teams to support client success

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in sales or business development
  • Minimum 3 years within digital advertising, mobile, or performance marketing environments
  • Background within a digital agency, advertising network, or media environment preferred
  • Understanding of paid social, customer acquisition, branding, and digital growth strategies
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising concepts and attribution ecosystems
  • Strong network across advertisers, agencies, or digital brands in the US market
  • Experience using CRM systems and pipeline management tools
  • Fluent English communication skills

  • Exposure to industries such as gaming, fintech, ecommerce, travel, streaming, or utility applications
  • Strong conference and networking presence
  • Ability to manage commercial discussions from first contact through close
