Role Overview
Lead a team of Account Executives responsible for managing advertiser relationships, post-onboarding account growth, and campaign optimization. Shape processes, partner cross-functionally, and support strategic client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account professionals to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Define operational standards, KPIs, and processes to drive predictable account growth and retention.
- Oversee post-onboarding advertiser relationships, revenue forecasting, and prioritization strategies.
- Act as senior point of contact for strategic clients.
- Ensure campaigns are executed correctly across tracking, creative, compliance, and landing flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business development, media operations, technology, and compliance.
- Build and maintain scalable playbooks, workflows, and operating cadences to enhance team efficiency.
- Analyse market trends, performance data, and campaign results to guide strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital marketing, client services, or performance-focused advertising, including at least 3+ years leading teams.
- Proven track record managing and growing performance-driven advertiser accounts.
- Strong leadership presence and ability to coach high-performing account teams.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with spreadsheets and BI tools.
- Knowledge of lead-generation processes, tracking systems, and campaign optimization principles.
- Familiarity with digital media platforms and publisher ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level stakeholder skills.
- Proactive, operationally disciplined, and comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in tech or B2B account management environments.
- Exposure to multi-channel lead-generation campaigns and reporting frameworks.
