Sweeps, Casino or Antivirus Affiliate Manager based in Barcelona or REMOTE

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to maintain and grow partnerships in the affiliate marketing industry. You'll also be part of a team working on marketing solutions for top brands, analysing campaign performance, and coming up with digital performance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate Partnerships: Work with existing affiliate clients and bring in new ones.
  • Campaign Management: Take care of multiple affiliate campaigns and their budgets.
  • Financial Responsibility: Manage partner budgets and keep an eye on potential risks.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients about their marketing needs and assist them as required.
  • Paperwork Handling: Manage the Contract/IO process to ensure everything's in order.
  • Client Interaction: Be the go-to person for clients, addressing their questions and requests.
  • Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their businesses, and propose marketing solutions.
  • Program Updates: Keep affiliates informed about any program improvements.
  • Financial Tasks: Handle collections, invoices, and campaign updates.
  • Customer Service: Deliver top-notch customer service.
  • Goal Setting: Set and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth goals.
  • High-Value Accounts: Manage top-tier accounts and develop an affiliate contact management strategy.
  • Traffic Management: Keep an eye on traffic quality and volume.


  • Industry Experience: At least 2 years in the affiliate marketing industry.
  • Language Skills: Business level English
  • Remote Work: Ability to work from anywhere.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability: Open to coaching and learning in this ever-changing field.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and the ability to handle unexpected situations or requests.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Client Relations: Know how to manage and build client relationships.
