Job description
Our client, a global digital organisation operating across multiple sectors and serving B2B customers, is seeking a Manager, Partner Growth & Monetisation to drive revenue growth through strategic partner relationships and optimised monetisation strategies. This role suits a proactive, data-driven professional experienced in managing multiple partner accounts.
Main Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key platform partners to drive mutual growth.

Act as the main point of contact for partner-related needs, ensuring timely support and resolution.

Monitor performance metrics, deliver actionable insights, and recommend strategies to enhance engagement and revenue.

Design and implement monetisation campaigns that maximise partner value and user engagement.

Identify new monetisation opportunities to maintain competitive advantage.

Analyse campaign performance to identify trends and optimise outcomes.

Prepare reports for internal teams and external partners.

Stay informed on industry trends to refine strategies and processes continuously.
Requirements

2–4 years in partner management, account management, affiliate networks, or digital monetisation, preferably in fast-moving digital environments.

Familiarity with incentive-based monetisation tools or similar partner programs.

Proven experience managing multiple accounts and partner relationships.

Knowledge of attribution platforms or performance measurement tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
