Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for CPI campaigns to surpass revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and partners, negotiating key contracts and pursuing new business opportunities.

Collaborate with affiliate teams to explore additional revenue streams focused on incentive traffic.

Manage CRM data to ensure accurate and up-to-date advertiser information.

Deliver reports on sales performance, campaign outcomes, and forecasts to optimise results.

Represent the organisation at global industry events, providing insights on trends and competitive dynamics.

Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and performance.
Requirements

5+ years in sales or business development, preferably in CPI or mobile apps acquisition.

Strong understanding of mobile traffic types, CPI products, and performance-based business models.

Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in dynamic, target-driven environments.

Leadership experience with the ability to drive strategies and develop profitable partnerships.

Proficient with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Affise, HasOffers, AppsFlyer, Adjust) or equivalent.
