Senior Business Development Manager Poland based in Frankfurt – Team Lead (HYBRID)

Job description

As Team leader of the Polish team, you will hunt for new business and manage the key clients in the Polish market. You will lead by example a small team with possibilities to grow the team and expand based on results.

  • Frequent travel to Poland for face to face meetings
  • New business development
  • Key account management (upselling, renewal etc)
  • Pipeline management
  • Manage the full sales cycle from a-z
  • KPI management
  • Reporting to General Management


  • Based in or willing to move to Frankfurt
  • 3+ years of online b2b sales experience (performance marketing, lead generation, affiliate marketing, B2B software selling, etc. would be an advantage but not mandatory)
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Team player
  • Can do attitude
  • Leader (by example)
  • Mentor skills
