Job description
Join our client, a dynamic digital marketing agency, as a Senior Brand Manager. In this role, you will lead the development of upper-funnel media strategies that balance branding and performance objectives, helping the agency expand its capabilities and deliver full-service media solutions. This is a fully remote position with EU time zone availability.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development

Lead the expansion of media strategies beyond performance-focused campaigns.

Media Planning & Budget Allocation

Develop media plans across digital and traditional channels.

Leadership & Collaboration

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance media planning and execution.

Support sales teams in identifying and approaching relevant partners.

Mentor team members on media budget management and multi-channel strategy.
Requirements

5–10 years in brand strategy, advertising, or marketing.

Experience managing agency teams or major accounts.

Hands-on expertise with multi-channel media strategies balancing branding and performance.

Strong understanding of media planning tools, analytics, and trends.

Skilled in presenting creative ideas and data-driven business cases.
