Sales Manager – Lead Generation (REMOTE)
Job description
Our client delivers performance-based lead conversion via WhatsApp, built for industries where speed and scale matter: insurance, finance, healthcare, automotive, recruitment, and affiliate marketing.
They work with major CPL advertisers and high-volume lead buyers across Europe and beyond. To support their growth, we are hiring a Sales Manager with experience in lead generation or affiliate marketing who knows how to close performance-based deals.
You’ll own new business development across Europe , targeting affiliate buyers, CPL advertisers, and leadgen-heavy teams.
Responsibilities:

Source, approach, and close high-volume lead buyers

Sell to Heads of Growth, CMOs, and Affiliate Managers

Explain and position WhatsApp conversion as a revenue tool

Work closely with onboarding and tech teams to scale new clients

Track all activity and pipeline updates in HubSpot

Hit your targets, and raise the bar
Requirements
-
3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or affiliate partnerships

Hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance media

Strong understanding and experience with CPL, CPA, and revenue-per-lead economics

Fluent English (other EU languages welcome)

Confident in outbound sales, consultative selling, and closing deals

Familiar with HubSpot or similar CRM systems

Clear communicator, commercially sharp, result-driven
