Sales Manager - Lead Generation (Remote / Europe)
Job description
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business development, build strong client relationships, and close performance-based deals in the lead generation space.
Key Responsibilities

Source, approach, and close high-volume lead generation clients.

Build relationships with senior stakeholders such as heads of growth, marketing leaders, and affiliate managers.

Position performance-based lead conversion solutions as revenue-driving tools.

Collaborate with onboarding and technical teams to scale client operations.

Track activity and pipeline updates in CRM systems.

Achieve targets and continuously raise performance standards.
Requirements

3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or affiliate/lead generation partnerships.

Hands-on experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or affiliate marketing.

Strong understanding of cost-per-lead, cost-per-acquisition, or revenue-per-lead models.

Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Confident in outbound sales, consultative selling, and closing deals.

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) for tracking and reporting.

Commercially sharp, results-driven, and clear communicator.
