Sales Manager Lead Generation Based in Singapore (HYRBID)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide the sales prospecting process, identifying lucrative opportunities and generating a robust client pipeline
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan, implementing effective solution strategies tailored to specific countries and verticals
  • Provide leadership to the sales team, maximizing revenue, expanding income, and growing our product offerings
  • Foster and strengthen relationships with key clients, negotiating strategic deals to drive business success
  • Assume P/L responsibility for Countries/Markets/Products under your care, ensuring profitability and growth
  • Develop accurate budgets and forecasts based on market conditions and thorough product analysis
  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director, providing regular reports and updates on sales performance


  • Demonstrated experience in digital advertising and digital traffic monetisation, preferably within a digital/media agency background
  • Proven track record with at least 3 years of successful sales experience, encompassing client prospecting, business development, and strategic client management within the performance marketing industry
  • Results-oriented mindset with a keen ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-directed individual with strong team management abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Singapore-based
