Our client connects brands with customers through scalable, performance driven acquisition across multiple markets.

You will focus on building, optimising, and scaling paid campaigns that generate high quality leads. This is a hands on role where decisions are driven by data and results.

Where you make impact

What the work involves

You take ownership of campaign performance from launch to scale.

  • Plan and run campaigns across Meta, Taboola, and Google platforms
  • Manage and scale budgets ranging from €5k up to €100k+ per month
  • Build and optimise conversion focused funnels
  • Test creatives, messaging, and landing experiences
  • Monitor live performance and react to changes
  • Analyse results and translate them into clear actions
  • Report performance insights and strategic direction
  • Identify new channels and scaling opportunities

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in high value funnel lead generation
  • Relationships with advertisers in IT/DE/FR/ES
  • Proven track record running profitable campaigns
  • Strong understanding of B2C lead generation models
  • Experience across verticals such as telco, insurance, and energy
  • Familiarity with tracking and attribution systems
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a structured way
