Remote Country Manager Spain & LATAM

The Country Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding operations across Spain & LATAM. The role combines strategic oversight with hands on operational execution and requires strong coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional growth and market expansion initiatives
• Develop and execute market strategies aligned with company objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with key external partners and stakeholders
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and market presence
• Oversee day to day activities related to regional operations and growth initiatives
• Represent the business in external conversations and partnerships
• Provide regular feedback and insights to internal leadership teams

• Proven experience in a operational country management role within a digital subscription environment
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to execute hands on when required
• Experience managing regional growth and market development
• Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external partners
• Comfortable working across international environments and distributed teams
• Commercially driven with a focus on sustainable growth
• Business level Spanish
