Remote Affiliate Manager (Dating Vertical – High-Quality Traffic Specialist)

Job description

We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager with proven experience in acquiring high-quality traffic for dating websites.

The ideal candidate understands the nuances of the dating vertical, including compliance, user intent, funnel optimization, and monetization strategies.

You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling affiliate partnerships that drive profitable and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Recruitment & Growth:

  • Identify, onboard, and activate high-performing affiliates in the dating niche
  • Build long-term relationships with media buyers, networks, and individual affiliates


Traffic Quality & Optimization:

  • Monitor affiliate traffic to ensure high-quality users (low fraud, highretention, strong conversion rates)
  • Analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CR, LTV, ROI, and churn
  • Continuously optimize campaigns, funnels, and creatives to improve performance


Campaign Management:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, analytics) to launch and optimize campaigns
  • Test new GEOs, offers, and landing pages
  • Manage budgets, payouts, and commission structures

Reporting & Insights:

  • Track and report on KPIs and campaign performance
  • Provide actionable insights to improve acquisition and monetization strategies
  • Forecast growth opportunities and scaling potential

Requirements

  • 3+ years in affiliate marketing, in the dating vertical
  • Proven track record of driving high-quality, converting traffic
  • Strong network of affiliates, media buyers, or traffic partners

Technical & Analytical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of affiliate KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROI, LTV, EPC, retention)
  • Experience with tracking platforms (e.g., Everflow, Voluum, HasOffers/Tune, RedTrack, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance

Industry Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with dating funnels (SOI, DOI, subscriptions, upsells) o Understanding of compliance issues in dating (ad policies, GEOrestrictions, creatives)
  • Experience working with multiple traffic channels

Soft Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience working directly with dating products or platforms

  • Knowledge of product metrics and KPIs such as:

  • User acquisition cost (CAC) o Lifetime value (LTV)

  • Retention and churn rates

  • Funnel conversion metrics

  • Experience scaling campaigns across Tier 1 and Tier 2 GEOs

  • Multilingual abilities (a plus for international markets
