Performance Marketing Lead (Supply) based in Barcelona or REMOTE
The Performance Marketing Lead will operate under the guidance of the Head of Supply and Head of Operations. The primary responsibility of this role involves overseeing various aspects of our supply partners' activities, ensuring the generation of performance and revenue. Building and nurturing relationships with these partners, as well as keeping their knowledge up-to-date, will also be essential.
Role and Duties:
- Recognise potential opportunities for online media procurement and engage in negotiations to assess the profitability of online campaigns.
- Negotiate, create, oversee, and supervise the execution of scheduled campaigns on models like CPI, CPA, CPL, and CPM.
- Discover possibilities for online advertising and participate in negotiations for trial campaigns or potential long-term collaborations.
- Actively search for new affiliates, supply partners, freelance media buyers, as well as DSP, SSP, and ad exchange partners.
- Enhance ongoing campaigns and offers to enhance acquisition rates and overall revenue.
- Assist in devising strategies for revenue generation and client retention.
- Boost revenue by expanding current client business through the formulation and implementation of fresh campaign strategies.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding campaign enhancement, growth approaches, and pertinent details.
- Gather, uphold, analyse, and present information regularly (daily, weekly, or monthly) related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.
- Over 2 years of experience in Online Performance Marketing.
- Proficiency in analysis, quantitative skills, and technical capabilities, coupled with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong professional conduct with a profound understanding of business principles and ethics.
- Skill in prioritization and multitasking.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation and relationship establishment.
- Familiarity with CPI, CPA, CPL, and CPM concepts and experience.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to various responsibilities.
