Paid Media Acquisition Manager (Telco & B2C Services)
Job description
We are seeking a Paid Media Acquisition Manager to lead the paid acquisition strategy for Telco and related high-intent B2C services. You will manage a team of multi-channel media buyers, driving performance across Social, Native, and CRM/PRM channels. This role combines strategy, team leadership, and hands-on campaign optimisation with measurable impact on business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the paid acquisition strategy for Telco or similar B2C verticals (Energy, Utilities, or other constrained-spend services).

Lead, coach, and develop a team of media buyers to enhance skills and performance.

Oversee media budgets, ensuring campaigns meet profitability targets (ROAS, CPA, CPL).

Optimise full-funnel campaigns including landing pages, creatives, targeting, and audience segmentation.

Identify and test new performance channels.

Collaborate with creative, data, and technical teams.

Deliver regular and accurate performance reporting.
Requirements

4+ years in Paid Media / Acquisition Marketing.

Experience in Telco or similar B2C sectors (Energy, Utilities, etc.).

Proven managerial experience leading a team of media buyers or consultants.

Expertise in at least one channel (Social, Native, CRM/PRM).

Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset, with focus on profitability.

Comfortable with tracking, analytics, and reporting tools.
