A growing online business is seeking a senior marketing leader to oversee and scale its global marketing operations. The company operates internationally and focuses on performance driven growth across multiple digital markets.
The Marketing Director will own global marketing strategy and execution, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth across multiple regions. The role requires leadership of several marketing functions and close collaboration with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives. The position combines strategic oversight with practical leadership of cross functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global marketing strategy aligned with overall company growth and profitability objectives
- Manage multiple marketing teams and team leads, ensuring strong execution, accountability, and alignment across functions
- Drive scalable and profitable customer acquisition across international markets
- Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing priorities with company objectives
- Identify operational bottlenecks and coordinate with internal teams to improve efficiency and collaboration
- Support team leads with performance management, team development, and leadership guidance
- Oversee strategic marketing initiatives including exploration of new acquisition channels and market opportunities
- Ensure marketing investments are data driven, scalable, and commercially sound
- Serve as the senior reference point for marketing performance, structure, and decision making

Requirements
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, partnerships, and creative strategy
- Experience managing managers and leading multiple marketing disciplines
- Ability to operate strategically while maintaining awareness of execution and operational realities
- Experience working across international markets and distributed teams
- Strong commercial awareness and data driven decision making
- Comfortable collaborating with senior leadership in a fast moving business environment
