Manager, Data Platforms & Insights (Remote, APAC)
Job description
Our client, a global digital organisation operating across multiple sectors and serving B2B customers, is seeking a Manager, Data Platforms & Insights to lead internal data product delivery and translate analytics into actionable business value.
Main Responsibilities

Own the roadmap and delivery of internal data platforms and tools.

Oversee feature development from concept through deployment, collaborating with engineers, analysts, and data scientists.

Convert business needs into clear product specifications and actionable workflows.

Enable experimentation and support algorithm design through close partnership with data teams.

Maintain standards for data governance, access, and quality across the organisation.

Balance short-term priorities with long-term scalability in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data products with business objectives.
Requirements
-
2+ years in a product-focused role within data, analytics, or machine learning.

Solid understanding of data infrastructure, pipelines, and model lifecycles.

Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineers, analysts, and data scientists.

Ability to produce technical product requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with modern data tooling such as workflow orchestration platforms and cloud data warehouses.

Strong stakeholder management, prioritisation, and leadership skills.

Hands-on experience in data science or engineering.
