You will be our social media guru and driving the growth of our business by running Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn campaigns in order to attract top talent from around the world. Basically you will have carte blanche and you can do whatever is needed to grow our brand online.


  • 1+ years of social media recruitment marketing (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram) experience.
  • An entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, especially communicating results, key learnings, and areas of opportunities.
  • A user-first mindset, using what you know about your audience to develop better results
  • The ability to work autonomously and prioritise multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • A passion for helping candidates finding their dream job and changing their lives for the better
  • Design skills
  • Copywriting skills (English)
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting.
