Head of Technology (Remote within EU)

Our client is a profitable and long established digital company now scaling its proprietary tech platform.

The team includes a small group of skilled developers across Europe, and we are looking for a strong technical leader to guide the next phase of growth.

You will:

• Keep structure, focus, and clear direction across multiple development projects.

• Build, optimise, and find smarter technical solutions, not just add more people.

• Bridge business goals and backend delivery.

• Take full ownership and drive our technology roadmap forward.

You do not need to code full-time, but you must understand what the team builds and lead it effectively.

In short, you are the captain of the tech ship.

• Proven experience leading tech teams in performance marketing.

• Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, APIs, and integrations between marketing and data systems.

• Strategic mindset with hands-on technical understanding (backend, architecture, optimisation).

• Demonstrated ability to build scalable tools, dashboards, or platforms that drive measurable results.

• Strong communication skills, able to translate business goals into technical execution.

• Track record of delivering growth and efficiency through smart tech solutions.
