Head of Media Buying – Google Focus (Hybrid or Remote)
Job description
Our client is looking for a Head of Media Buying to take charge of their paid acquisition strategy with a strong focus on Google Ads. This is a senior role for someone who has already proven success at scale and is ready to lead both strategy and execution.
Responsibilities

Own the Google Ads strategy across multiple markets.

Manage significant budgets with a focus on efficiency and ROI.

Lead, mentor, and expand the media buying team.

Test, optimise, and scale campaigns using a data-driven approach.

Collaborate with analytics, creative, and product teams to deliver growth.

Track competitor activity and adapt strategies to stay ahead.
Requirements

Proven track record managing 7-figure annual ad spend.

Deep expertise in Google Ads.

Strong analytical and commercial mindset.

Experience building and managing high-performing teams.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Available to work EU business hours, working remotely or based in / willing to move to Amsterdam / NL
