As Head of Affiliate Partnerships, you will lead a team of Affiliate Managers and drive the next phase of growth for the affiliate department. You will define strategy, strengthen partner relationships, and ensure top performance across global markets.
You will lead by example, balancing commercial focus, operational structure, and people development, while shaping how our client approaches partnerships, pricing, and performance.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute growth strategies to expand affiliate performance and market share.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Affiliate Managers with clear goals and accountability.

Build strong, long-term partnerships with affiliates and industry stakeholders.

Analyse performance data to identify trends, optimise profitability, and improve retention.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Data, and Marketing to align operations and support scalability.

Represent the company at industry events and foster its reputation as a trusted, results-driven partner.

Maintain oversight of department KPIs, budgets, and forecasting accuracy.
Requirements

3+ years in affiliate or performance marketing, with a strong commercial track record.

2+ years of experience leading teams or departments.

Proven success in affiliate marketing and improving ROI.

Strategic mindset combined with hands-on leadership and people management skills.

Strong understanding of pricing models, media buying, and partnership dynamics.

Excellent communicator with data-driven decision-making and business acumen.
