Join a dynamic organisation and take on the role of a Business Development Manager based in Barcelona or working remotely. As a tenacious and independent contributor, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the DACH Region and executing the entire sales cycle.


  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders within target industries, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
  • Stay abreast of market dynamics, adapting sales strategies to stay ahead in the ever-evolving landscape.
  • Consistently surpass monthly sales targets by actively generating new business opportunities and maintaining a robust pipeline.
  • Conduct effective prospecting activities, including cold calling, to arrange meetings and cultivate potential customer relationships.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to convey enthusiasm and value propositions to customers and colleagues.
  • Fluency in business-level German is required for this role.

  • Digital Sales Proficiency: Showcase a proven track record of success in new sales, with a particular preference for experience in digital sales.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Articulate your enthusiasm effectively to customers and colleagues, fostering positive relationships and collaboration.
  • Language Proficiency: Possess excellent English and business-level German language skills.
