Fully Remote Technology Sales Executive (US Hours)

Job description

Our client delivers custom technology solutions for businesses operating across ecommerce, fintech, payment processing, systems integration, and data infrastructure.

Projects are delivered by experienced Latin American technology teams working within US business hours, allowing clients to benefit from strong technical collaboration and real time communication.

We are looking for a Business Development & Sales Executive to drive new client acquisition and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.

This is a commercially focused role covering prospecting, qualification, discovery, proposal management, and commercial close.

What the role involves

  • Identify and engage organisations requiring custom software, integrations, platform development, or data solutions
  • Build and manage a pipeline through outbound prospecting and relationship development
  • Lead the initial Needs Assessment Call to understand business challenges, objectives, and project requirements
  • Coordinate and prepare the Solutions Call alongside technical stakeholders
  • Manage proposals, negotiations, and commercial discussions through to signed agreement
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting
  • Provide market feedback and commercial insights to leadership
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate opportunities and expand relationships

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial growth
  • Experience selling software development, technical services, digital solutions, or consulting engagements in the US/CAN
  • Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, analytics, migrations, and technical project scope with business stakeholders
  • Strong outbound prospecting capability and full cycle sales experience
  • Fluent English communication skills

Additional strengths

  • Familiarity with ecommerce ecosystems and related technologies
  • Exposure to fintech, payment processing, systems integration, or data infrastructure projects
  • Experience selling into US markets
  • Knowledge of platforms such as 29Next, Checkout Champ, Konnektive, Sticky.io, or similar subscription and direct response ecosystems
  • Experience working remotely while supporting US business hours
