Fully Remote Team Leader Partnerships (Offerwall)

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader Partnerships to lead a global partnerships function within the mobile gaming and ad tech industry.

In this role, you will combine commercial leadership, technical understanding, and operational excellence to drive the success of a large-scale monetization platform. You will work closely with commercial, product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to improve partner performance, optimise monetization, and support continued international growth.

You will not be expected to write code, but you will need a solid understanding of mobile advertising technologies, partner integrations, and attribution to confidently support external partners and collaborate with internal technical teams.

What You Will Do

Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Partnerships team.
  • Set objectives, monitor performance, and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Support hiring, coaching, and career development.

Partnership Management

  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with publishers and commercial partners.
  • Drive partner growth through optimisation, collaboration, and commercial initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities that contribute to long-term revenue growth.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for key partner relationships.

Commercial Performance

  • Develop and execute monetization strategies that maximise partner value and commercial performance.
  • Continuously analyse campaign performance and recommend optimisation opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve monetization products and partner experience.

Technical Collaboration

  • Support technical onboarding and partner integrations.
  • Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of new partners and features.
  • Confidently discuss SDKs, APIs, server-to-server integrations, attribution, and mobile advertising technologies with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor commercial and operational KPIs across both demand and supply.
  • Analyse trends, identify risks, and recommend improvements based on performance data.
  • Build forecasts, prepare business reports, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Use data to support strategic planning and commercial decision making.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, monetization, account management, or business development within gaming, ad tech, mobile advertising, or affiliate marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Offerwalls, rewarded advertising, or incentive-based monetization.
  • Strong understanding of mobile advertising technologies, including SDKs, APIs, server-to-server integrations, attribution platforms, and mediation solutions.
  • Previous experience leading and developing successful commercial teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance partner success and business growth.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Based in EUR
