Fully Remote Business Development Manager, Branding and Social for the EU market.

Job description

Our client is expanding its commercial team and looking for a Business Development Manager to support outbound growth across digital marketing and media services.

This role is focused on generating conversations, qualifying opportunities, and building relationships with decision makers across performance marketing and brand focused businesses.

What the work involves

You will manage outbound activity and support commercial growth across multiple channels.

  • Run outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events
  • Build relationships with marketing and growth decision makers
  • Lead first conversations and qualify opportunities based on fit, timing, and commercial potential
  • Maintain structured pipeline management and accurate CRM updates
  • Track outreach activity, response rates, and meeting conversion
  • Research prospects and prepare briefing materials ahead of meetings
  • Coordinate follow up actions and scheduling after conversations
  • Monitor industry developments and identify relevant commercial signals

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in business development, sales development, or growth within a digital marketing, advertising, or media environment
  • Experience running outbound campaigns and converting cold outreach into meetings
  • Familiarity with CRM and outbound engagement platforms
  • Understanding of paid social, performance marketing, or digital advertising concepts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Native or fluent English

Additional strengths
