Fullly Remote Marketing Manager AdTech & Mobile Marketing
Job description
We’re partnering with a fast-growing player at the intersection of mobile, gaming, and AdTech. They’re on a mission to scale globally and are looking for a Marketing Manager who’s ready to take the lead, strategy, execution, and everything in between.
The role:
This is a hands-on marketing position. You’ll own strategy, drive execution, and get involved in everything from content and campaigns to PR and events. You’ll work closely with leadership, sales, and product to bring the brand to life and generate meaningful traction across markets.
What you’ll do:

Build and execute a global B2B marketing strategy focused on visibility and pipeline.

Write sharp, on-brand content across channels, blog, social, sales decks, and press.

Drive PR initiatives, from press releases to media outreach.

Manage digital campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, WeChat, email, and podcasts.

Create standout marketing assets (case studies, one-pagers, presentations, etc.).

Monitor KPIs and optimise campaigns for performance.

Stay on top of AdTech trends to keep messaging fresh and relevant.

Collaborate across functions, sales, product, ops, to align on goals.

Represent the brand at key industry events and conferences.
Requirements

3+ years in AdTech or mobile marketing, with proven B2B experience.

Strong writing skills and a track record of content that drives results.

Someone who can think strategically but isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.

Experience with lead generation across digital and offline channels.

Strong project management and attention to detail.

Comfortable working across time zones and with remote teams.

Fluent English, written and spoken.
