Role Overview
Join as a Fraud Specialist. Protect a large online environment by tracking traffic behaviour, validating anomalies, and supporting structured investigations.
Key Responsibilities
• Scan performance and traffic data to spot irregularities or suspicious activity.
• Review automated alerts. Investigate causes and trigger corrective actions.
• Query internal datasets with SQL to confirm anomalies or revenue swings.
• Summarise findings. Present clear actions to internal stakeholders.
• Assist analysts with mid-level investigations and deeper enquiries.
• Apply defined procedures to keep all casework consistent and documented.
• Suggest improvements to fraud controls, tools, and product processes.
Requirements
• Fast response mindset and reliable execution under pressure.
• Strong ability to work with spreadsheets and manipulate datasets.
• Confident with SQL at an intermediate level.
• Comfortable identifying behavioural patterns in time-sensitive environments.
• Clear and precise English communication.
• Curious mindset and interest in tracing unusual activity.
• Technical aptitude to understand digital system integrations.
Nice to Have
• Interest in gaming or mobile app ecosystems.
• Experience with ad-supported or user-acquisition environments.
