Director of Monetization – Offerwall (EU REMOTE)

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Publisher Partnership Management

Develop and maintain valuable, long-term partnerships with top-tier publishers, driving sustainable revenue growth.

Serve as the senior point of contact for partner escalations, ensuring smooth, strategic resolution and maintaining strong relationships.
Publisher Onboarding & Integration

Lead full-cycle onboarding for new publishers, ensuring a seamless integration process tailored for high-value clients.

Collaborate with business teams to evaluate opportunities and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Provide technical and strategic oversight during integration, working closely with cross-functional teams on SDK, iframe, and other platform components.

Continuously refine onboarding processes to improve efficiency and scalability without sacrificing quality.
Team Leadership & Performance Management

Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing monetization team.

Set clear objectives and KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
Monetization Strategy & Optimization

Design and implement monetization approaches for CPI and CPE campaigns, maximizing profitability across campaign types.

Work closely with customer-facing teams to identify and act on campaign optimization opportunities using data insights.
Data Analysis & Reporting

Regularly present key metrics like ROAS, LTV, ARPU, and engagement levels to senior leadership.

Lead revenue forecasting and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.
Operational Excellence

Drive continuous improvements in monetization processes, ensuring operational efficiency and scalability.

Implement quality control measures to uphold standards in campaign execution and user experience.
Requirements

5+ years in monetisation, business development, or account management, preferably within gaming or ad tech.

Strong understanding of SDK, iframe, and S2S integrations.

Experience with ad mediation platforms and mobile/web monetization technologies.

Proven track record managing high-level publisher relationships and closing significant deals.

Demonstrated ability to build and lead successful teams.

Strategic thinker with a pragmatic leadership style and excellent problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders.

Deep knowledge of the offerwall ecosystem including CPI/CPA networks and ad quality standards.

Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
