Customer Success Manager based in Copenhagen

Job description

Do you enjoy customer success, teamwork and sales?

As a Customer Success Manager, you will become an important part of a versatile and constantly evolving department. Your primary tasks will include customer qualification and cross-selling on the phone and via email.

The position will give you plenty of opportunity for professional growth, as you will be working in close cooperation with the management and the sales teams, whilst being a facilitator for improvements in the two departments.


  • Business level Danish and English
  • Comfortable and convincing on the phone
  • Must be a team player
  • Commercial mindset
  • Good written communication skills (English & Danish)
  • Swedish language skills = HUGE PLUS
  • Min. 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role (phone, b2b)
