We are looking for a skilled Campaign Manager to lead multi-channel advertising campaigns, driving measurable results across programmatic and social channels. This role combines strategy, execution, and data-driven optimisation.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimise advertising campaigns across programmatic and social platforms.

Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure KPIs are met.

Analyse results and leverage A/B testing to refine messaging, formats, visuals, and CTAs.

Collaborate with planners and strategists to design effective campaign strategies and media plans.

Segment and target audiences using data management tools and first- or third-party data.

Produce reports, extract actionable insights, and recommend improvements to maximise engagement and conversions.
Requirements

5+ years in digital campaign management across programmatic and social channels.

Strong knowledge of demand-side platforms and paid social networks.

Experience with performance marketing KPIs, analytics, and optimisation.

Familiarity with media planning, forecasting models, and emerging trends.

Understanding of brand safety, ad verification, and fraud prevention practices.

Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
