Job description
We are looking for a motivated Campaign Manager to join a growing team in the UK. You will support lead generation campaigns and manage client relationships, ensuring performance, compliance, and measurable results.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate campaigns with internal teams across multiple channels, including search, social, native, email, and affiliate.

Act as the main client contact, sharing updates, gathering feedback, and recommending improvements.

Support creative development, campaign briefs, and ad copy.

Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and optimise results.

Assist with lead delivery, tracking, and reporting processes.

Ensure campaigns comply with relevant data protection and industry regulations.

Requirements

Max 2 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or paid media (agency or in-house).

Experience with multi-channel campaigns (search, social, native, email, or affiliate).

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Comfortable working with performance data and metrics.

Basic technical awareness with willingness to learn tracking and integrations.
