Job description
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in CPI user acquisition to join one of our international clients. You will build and grow relationships with advertisers and publishers, focusing on performance-based mobile campaigns.
What you’ll do:

Develop and expand partnerships with direct advertisers and traffic sources.

Manage CPI campaigns end-to-end, from negotiation to optimisation.

Identify new growth opportunities within existing and new accounts.

Analyse campaign performance and drive ROI-focused improvements.

Collaborate with internal media and account teams to align on strategy and delivery.
Requirements

Proven success in CPI / mobile app performance marketing.

Existing network of advertisers, agencies, or publishers.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Strong analytical mindset with a focus on profitability.

Self-starter comfortable working remotely and independently.

Must be available to work in the EST time zone.
