Join our client, a global performance marketing platform, as an Affiliate Manager. In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with publishers in Brazil, focusing on campaigns and traffic targeting the US market. You’ll drive revenue growth, optimise affiliate performance, and develop long-term partnerships with high-potential affiliates.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of affiliate partners in Brazil, driving traffic and conversions for campaigns aimed at the US market.

Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate publishers to expand the network.

Monitor campaign performance and implement optimisation strategies to maximise ROI.

Build strong, long-term relationships with publishers, providing guidance and support.

Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.

Analyse traffic trends, conversion data, and market insights to inform strategy.
Requirements

2–5 years in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital media.

Proven experience managing publishers or affiliate networks in the Brazilian market.

Understanding of US market traffic and conversion patterns.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Fluent in English and Portuguese.
