Senior Publisher Development Manager based in New York
Job description
We are looking for a data-driven Senior Publisher Manager with a passion for performance marketing & the ambition to lead a team.
You will be responsible for:
- leading a team (by example) of publisher account managers
- prospecting for new Pubs
- developing a sales strategy to generate revenue
- understanding the company’s strategic & commercial objectives
- monitoring and analyzing metrics to improve results
- partnering with internal teams to create new advertising formats
- keeping up to date with global market trends
- campaign management
- managing & analysing/tracking campaigns to ensure publishers deliver the best ROI
- analyzing competitors
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the affiliate marketing industry
- People management experience
- existing network of publishers (mobile display/ networks, pop, push, app display)
- track record of smashing targets
- High sales ability, assertiveness, strong negotiation and business development skills & hunger for success
- Solid knowledge of publisher markets & tracking technology
- No cowboy mentality, long term mindset
- Fluent in English
- Based in Amsterdam
