- Conduct outreach to existing customers in Italy to gauge their overall satisfaction
- Proactively informing clients on new services available and keeping them up to date
- Growing and maintaining long-term relationships with your Italian clients

Requirements
- based in AMSTERDAM
- Fluent in Italian and business level English
- Min. 2 years of experience in the digital, affiliate, mobile or performance marketing industry
- Outstanding customer care skills and a commercial mindset
- Analytical
- Ability to communicate, listen, and influence in English and Italian
- Experience with CRM tools/platforms
- Strong planner / organizer
- Adaptable / quick learner
