Job description

  • Conduct outreach to existing customers in Italy to gauge their overall satisfaction
  • Proactively informing clients on new services available and keeping them up to date
  • Growing and maintaining long-term relationships with your Italian clients
  • Improving client satisfaction and retention by delivering the best customer service in the world:)
  • Onboarding new clients

  • based in AMSTERDAM
  • Fluent in Italian and business level English
  • Min. 2 years of experience in the digital, affiliate, mobile or performance marketing industry
  • Outstanding customer care skills and a commercial mindset
  • Analytical
  • Ability to communicate, listen, and influence in English and Italian
  • Experience with CRM tools/platforms
  • Strong planner / organizer
  • Adaptable / quick learner
