Director of Customer Success based in Amsterdam

Job description

​​​​​​As the Customer Success Director you have international accountability and responsibility for managing the relationship with customers. You will be part of the Management Team and you will responsible for all customer success operations around the globe.

  • Manage a team of international customer success managers
  • Strategic account management
  • Overall Delivery success
  • You are responsible for the delivery of the customer portfolio
  • Driving the relationship with key delivery stakeholders
  • Helping to create and maintain the right culture and working environment


  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar (people management) role within the digital, affiliate, mobile, performance or social media marketing industry
  • Business level/fluent English
  • Based in or willing to move (when borders open up again) to Amsterdam
  • Not afraid to work in an EXTREMELY fast moving international environment


  • Great base + uncapped bonus
