CEO iGaming based in Toronto

Job description

Our client is a well-funded, early stage online casino and sportsbook company with a Curacao license and an Ontario license to be obtained in June 2023. They offer a variety of gaming options, including over a thousand casino games, live dealer games, and a sportsbook with great odds and interface. The company is expanding rapidly and is seeking a talented and experienced CEO to lead their growth and oversee the following teams:

  1. FTD Acquisition and Retention:
  • The successful candidate will lead a team of media buyers who will spend money and manage growth on media to attract new customers.
  • Manage journeys on email, SMS, call center, and pop-ups to monetize FTDs and Registrations.
  • Work with the content and calendar team to develop landing pages, promotions, and special offers that will help drive customer acquisition and retention.
  1. Call center:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's 90 seat call center in Costa Rica, which currently has a staff of 5 including a manager.
  • You will work to staff up the call center as needed to support growth.
  • Manage customer support and growth for all types of customers, including Registrations, Losers, VIP-Whales, and Casual customers.
  1. Affiliate program:
  • The successful candidate will lead the company's affiliate program, which involves both acquisition and management of affiliates.
  • Acquire new affiliates through tradeshows and networks.
  • Manage profitability, quality, and analysis of the affiliate program to ensure that it is a successful source of customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in online gaming industry, including experience in management and business development
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build and manage high-performing teams
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives
  • Experience working with media buyers, call centers, and affiliate programs is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
